Magnon has direct experience and knowledge of the local trades and subcontractors, and is adept at using this knowledge to complete projects on time and at budget. Magnon Property Management handles the daily management, maintenance, control and bookkeeping of over one-million square feet of commercial properties in the Riverside region. Based in Riverside, Magnon is able to manage its properties better than services based outside the region, while doing so with a lower overhead and cost. Incorporating the latest technologies of communication, we are able to respond quickly and accurately to the needs of our tenants. The County is able to place any service calls to our corporate office, each call is then prioritized and dispatched to our field personnel. Property management is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
